By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in any RN webinar, seminar, virtual event, replay, event bundle, or related resource, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented at checkout.
If there is a conflict between these Webinar, Seminar & Virtual Event Terms and the general Program Terms & Policies, these Webinar, Seminar & Virtual Event Terms will control with respect to the applicable webinar, seminar, virtual event, replay, or event-related purchase.
1. Overview
RN webinars, seminars, virtual events, online trainings, replays, and related resources are designed to provide educational information, clinical teaching, business training, implementation support, professional development, or related learning experiences.
Event topics, format, duration, speakers, resources, bonuses, replay access, and deliverables may vary by offer and will be described on the applicable checkout page, sales page, event page, registration page, or event materials.
2. Final Sale / No Refunds
Unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all webinar, seminar, virtual event, live-online training, replay, event bundle, and related resource purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to attend the live event
- Failure to watch the replay
- Failure to download event materials
- Scheduling conflicts
- Change of mind
- Lack of time
- Technical issues on your end
- Internet, device, browser, email, or platform issues outside RN’s control
- Dissatisfaction with the event topic, format, schedule, speaker, delivery, replay window, or included materials
- Duplicate purchases caused by using different email addresses
- Failure to read the offer details, checkout terms, or event access instructions
If RN makes an exception to this policy in one instance, it does not create an obligation to make the same exception in the future.
3. Transfers, Credits, and Substitutions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, webinar, seminar, virtual event, replay, or event bundle purchases are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person, event, product, membership, program, or future purchase.
RN may, in its sole discretion, offer a credit, transfer, substitution, or alternative access option in limited circumstances, but is not required to do so.
Any credit, transfer, substitution, or alternative access must be approved by RN in writing and has no cash value
4. Event Access
Event access instructions may be sent by email, posted in a member area, delivered through an event platform, or otherwise provided by RN.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address, checking your inbox and spam/promotions folders, downloading or saving access details, and ensuring you can access the event platform before the event begins.
RN is not responsible for missed events, missed replays, or missed materials caused by your failure to check email, whitelist RN communications, use the correct email address, maintain account access, or follow access instructions.
Your registration is for your individual use only. You may not share your access link, login credentials, replay link, downloads, event materials, or recordings with any other person unless RN gives written permission.
5. Live Attendance
If the event includes live attendance, RN will make reasonable efforts to deliver the event at the scheduled date and time.
However, event dates, times, speakers, topics, duration, format, platform, or delivery method may be modified when necessary.
RN is not responsible for attendee scheduling conflicts, time zone errors, missed reminders, missed emails, or failure to attend live.
Failure to attend live does not entitle you to a refund, credit, transfer, or extension.
6. Replay Access
If replay access is included, the replay access period will be stated in the offer details, checkout page, event page, registration page, or event communications.
Replay access is not guaranteed beyond the stated access period.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Replay access is limited.
- Replay access may expire.
- Replay access is for the registered purchaser only.
- Replay links may not be shared.
- Replay downloads are not guaranteed.
- RN may remove, limit, modify, or expire replay access after the stated replay period.

7. Event Materials and Downloads
Some events may include slides, notes, workbooks, handouts, worksheets, guides, templates, resource lists, summaries, protocols, or other downloadable materials.
Event materials may vary by event and are provided only if stated in the offer details or event communications.
You are responsible for downloading any available materials during the stated access period.
RN does not guarantee indefinite access to event materials, downloads, recordings, links, or event platforms.
Event materials are for your individual educational, professional, or internal business use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, uploaded, sold, taught from, modified, or used to create derivative products without RN’s prior written consent.
8. Technical Requirements and Access Issues
You are responsible for having the technology needed to access the event, including a reliable internet connection, compatible device, updated browser, email access, audio capability, and any required software or platform access.
RN is not responsible for technical problems caused by your internet service, device, browser, firewall, email provider, spam filters, software, platform settings, user error, or other factors outside RN’s control.
If RN experiences a material technical issue that prevents delivery of the core event, RN may, in its discretion, reschedule the event, provide a replay, provide an alternative access option, or offer another reasonable remedy.
9. Event Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation by RN
RN reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, cancel, or replace any event, speaker, topic, platform, delivery method, resource, bonus, or event feature when necessary.
If RN cancels an event and does not provide a replay, rescheduled date, replacement event, credit, or alternative access option, RN may provide a refund or other remedy in its discretion or as required by law.
RN is not responsible for incidental or consequential losses related to event changes, including but not limited to travel expenses, time off, lost income, missed opportunities, software costs, or other expenses.

14. No Guarantees
RN does not guarantee that participation in any webinar, seminar, virtual event, training, replay, or related resource will produce any specific clinical, professional, business, financial, patient, client, revenue, retention, health, wellness, confidence, or practice-growth result.
Your results depend on many factors outside RN’s control, including your education, credentials, experience, effort, implementation, scope of practice, legal limitations, patient or client population, market, business model, and professional judgment.
Examples, case discussions, product discussions, clinical scenarios, practitioner stories, business examples, patient communication examples, marketing examples, or educational frameworks are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular result.
