Program Terms & Policies

These Program Terms & Policies apply to certain products, programs, memberships, subscriptions, events, webinars, seminars, digital resources, tools, and services offered by Restoration Health, a Nevada Corporation, doing business as Ronda Nelson & Co. and/or Ronda Nelson & Co. LLC, as applicable (“RN,” “Ronda Nelson & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Program Terms & Policies supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. By purchasing, enrolling in, registering for, accessing, downloading, or participating in any RN product, program, membership, event, webinar, seminar, digital resource, tool, or service, you agree to these Program Terms & Policies, along with any additional terms presented at checkout, in a signed agreement, or in connection with a specific offer.
If there is a conflict between these Program Terms & Policies and the specific terms for a particular product, program, membership, event, or signed agreement, the more specific terms shall control.
1. General Purchase Terms
By completing a purchase or enrollment with RN, you agree that:
- You are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms before purchasing.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and account information.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- You understand that access, deliverables, bonuses, schedules, and features may vary by offer.
- You understand that refunds, cancellations, transfers, and access periods are governed by the specific terms applicable to the product, program, membership, event, or service purchased.
- You agree not to share your login credentials, downloads, recordings, course access, membership access, private resources, or protected materials with anyone who has not purchased or been authorized to access them.
RN reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or revoke access to any product, program, membership, event, service, or resource in cases of nonpayment, payment dispute, chargeback, misuse, unauthorized sharing, disruptive conduct, suspected fraud, violation of our Terms, or violation of these Program Terms & Policies.
2. Digital Products, Downloads, and Online Resources
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
- Downloadable guides
- Workbooks
- Templates
- Scripts
- Clinical resources
- Practice tools
- Audio or video recordings
- Course materials
- Training materials
- Protocols or educational frameworks
- AI prompts or related tools
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital access.
Once a digital product, download, recording, course, template, or online resource has been purchased, delivered, accessed, or made available to you, no refund will be issued unless expressly stated in the offer terms.
You may use digital products for your own personal, educational, professional, or internal business use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, teach from, upload, publish, modify, copy, or create derivative products from RN materials without prior written permission.
3. Physical Product Returns
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms, physical products may be returned in good condition within 10 days of the order date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned in good condition.
- All items originally shipped must be returned, including bonuses or included materials.
- The return must be received by RN within the 10-day return window.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
RN reserves the right to deduct amounts for missing items, damaged items, used items, or other non-refundable costs to the extent permitted by law.

Physical products sold with a corresponding digital product, online course, downloadable resource, membership access, or digital bonus are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated in writing.
International orders are shipped at your own risk, and no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged international shipments unless otherwise required by law.
4. Webinars, Virtual Seminars, Live Trainings, and Events
Webinars, virtual seminars, online trainings, live trainings, replays, and event purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Clinical seminars
- Business trainings
- Webinar registrations
- Virtual event registrations
- Replay access
- Event bundles
- Downloadable event materials
- Seminar workbooks
- Training resources
If replay access is included, the replay access period will be stated in the offer details or event materials. Replay access is not guaranteed beyond the stated access period.
Event schedules, speakers, topics, resources, bonuses, and delivery methods may be modified when necessary. RN will make reasonable efforts to provide the core educational content described in the offer but does not guarantee that every bonus, feature, speaker, or delivery detail will remain unchanged.
Your registration is for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, replayed publicly, taught from, or used to train others without written permission from RN.
5. Continuing Education Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated in writing, RN courses, webinars, seminars, trainings, programs, and memberships are not guaranteed to qualify for continuing education credit, professional licensing credit, certification credit, or any other formal credentialing requirement.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any RN content, program, event, or training satisfies the requirements of your licensing board, certifying body, professional association, employer, jurisdiction, or other applicable authority.
6. Clinical Academy Terms
Clinical Academy is a recurring membership designed to provide clinical education, implementation support, resources, tools, and related materials for wellness practitioners and other professionals.
Specific Clinical Academy access levels, deliverables, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rules, refund policies, member benefits, call access, replay access, archive access, AI tool access, and related membership terms may vary by membership tier or offer.
By joining Clinical Academy, you agree to the Clinical Academy terms presented at checkout, in the membership description, and in any additional Clinical Academy-specific terms provided by RN.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Clinical Academy is billed on a recurring subscription basis.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.
- Access may continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Access to content, resources, calls, archives, tools, AI features, or bonuses depends on your active membership tier.
- Membership access is for the individual member only and may not be shared.
- RN may update, add, remove, reorganize, or retire content, resources, features, tools, or deliverables as the membership evolves.
Clinical Academy Founding Member Pricing
Protected founding member pricing, legacy pricing, promotional pricing, or other special pricing is available only while the member maintains an active, uninterrupted subscription in good standing.
If a membership is canceled, paused, terminated, lapses, fails due to nonpayment, or is otherwise interrupted, the protected or legacy rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated unless RN agrees otherwise in writing.
Re-enrollment will be subject to the then-current public pricing, access level, and membership terms.
7. Clinical Academy Essential and Clinical Academy+ Access
Clinical Academy may offer multiple membership tiers, including but not limited to Clinical Academy Essential and Clinical Academy+.
Each tier may include different levels of access, support, resources, call participation, replay access, archive access, AI tool access, patient communication tools, marketing support, implementation resources, or other benefits.
The features, resources, access periods, and deliverables for each tier will be described on the applicable checkout page, sales page, or membership description.
RN reserves the right to modify tier names, features, pricing, deliverables, and access levels over time, provided that any changes are made in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to active members.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Clinical Academy Essential provides limited access compared to Clinical Academy+.
- Clinical Academy+ is the primary full-access implementation membership.
- Tier access is determined by the membership selected and paid for.
- Members may not access features, resources, calls, archives, tools, or benefits outside their selected tier.
- Downgrading, upgrading, or changing tiers may affect access to resources, pricing, founding member protections, call participation, replay availability, and other member benefits.
8. Clinical Business Academy Terms
Clinical Business Academy is a 12-month Strategic Practice Growth program for established wellness practitioners.
Enrollment in Clinical Business Academy may require an application, Practice Strategy Call, deposit, signed agreement, payment plan, payment-in-full option, or other enrollment steps.
By enrolling in Clinical Business Academy, you agree to the Clinical Business Academy terms presented at checkout, in your program agreement, and in any additional CBA-specific terms provided by RN.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:
- Enrollment requires a non-refundable deposit.
- The deposit is applied toward the total program cost.
- The deposit secures your spot but does not grant access until required enrollment steps are completed.
- Access begins only after your payment option is selected, required payments are processed, and any required agreement is completed.
- You are committing to the full 12-month program.
- You are responsible for all payments due under the payment option selected.
- Payment plans are a convenience and do not convert the program into a month-to-month membership.
- Failure to participate, attend calls, use resources, complete assignments, or implement strategies does not relieve you of your payment obligation.
- Program access, coaching, calls, resources, bonuses, timelines, and deliverables are governed by the CBA-specific agreement or offer terms.
CBA Refund / Guarantee
If Clinical Business Academy is offered with a refund period or money-back guarantee, the specific terms of that guarantee will be stated in the applicable offer terms or signed agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any CBA deposit is non-refundable.
If a 60-day money-back guarantee applies, the guarantee begins on the date your first full or partial program balance payment is processed, excluding the deposit. Eligible refunds apply only to qualifying program payments made during the guarantee period and do not include the non-refundable deposit.
After the stated guarantee period, all payments are final and no refunds will be granted.
If the CBA agreement includes participation, implementation, attendance, worksheet, or request requirements in order to qualify for a refund, you must satisfy those requirements to be eligible.
9. Payment Plans
Some RN products, programs, memberships, events, or services may be offered with payment plan options.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments in full according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
A payment plan is not a subscription unless expressly stated. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price over time.
You may not cancel a payment plan simply because you no longer wish to participate, no longer use the materials, changed your mind, became too busy, failed to attend, failed to implement, or no longer want access.
If a payment fails, RN may retry the payment method, request updated payment information, suspend access, revoke access, withhold deliverables, remove membership or program privileges, or pursue collection of amounts owed to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
10. Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Account Suspension
If your payment method is declined, expires, is disputed, or otherwise fails, RN may suspend or revoke access to the applicable product, program, membership, event, platform, community, resource, or service until payment is resolved.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase instead of contacting RN to resolve the matter, RN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, cancel participation, revoke licenses to digital materials, and contest the chargeback.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligations under an agreed payment plan or program agreement.
RN reserves the right to recover amounts owed, including reasonable collection costs, processing fees, attorneys’ fees, or other costs to the extent permitted by law.
11. Promotions, Discounts, Credits, and Coupon Codes
From time to time, RN may offer promotional pricing, coupon codes, discounts, credits, bonuses, special offers, or limited-time incentives.
Unless expressly stated in writing by RN at the time of purchase, promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, credits, bonuses, and special pricing may not be combined, stacked, transferred, retroactively applied, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Only one promotional offer, discount, coupon code, or credit may be applied per purchase. If multiple discounts, credits, or promotional offers are available, RN reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which offer applies.
Discounts and promotional offers are not valid on prior purchases, existing subscriptions, renewal payments, payment plans, deposits, taxes, shipping, or other fees unless expressly stated in writing.
RN reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse any promotional offer, discount, coupon code, credit, or bonus at any time, including in cases of suspected misuse, technical error, duplicate use, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or unintended application.
In the event of a pricing, checkout, coupon, discount, or promotional error, RN reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the order, revoke the improperly applied discount, or issue a refund for the affected purchase.
12. Bonuses and Limited-Time Offers
Some products, programs, memberships, events, or services may include bonuses, incentives, limited-time resources, early-bird access, special pricing, or additional deliverables.
Bonuses are available only according to the specific terms stated in the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Bonuses have no cash value.
- Bonuses are non-transferable.
- Bonuses may not be exchanged for other products, services, credits, or refunds.
- Bonuses may be modified, replaced, or removed if unavailable or if RN determines a substitution is necessary.
- Failure to use or access a bonus does not entitle you to a refund.
- Bonuses are not guaranteed after the stated promotional or enrollment period ends.
13. Access Periods
Access periods vary by product, program, membership, event, or service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Membership access requires an active membership in good standing.
- Subscription access ends when the subscription ends, subject to any remaining access period stated in the offer.
- Course, webinar, replay, or event access lasts only for the access period stated in the offer.
- Digital downloads should be downloaded and saved during the stated access period.
- RN is not responsible for maintaining indefinite access to any product, replay, download, platform, membership area, or resource.
- RN may update, reorganize, migrate, archive, remove, or retire content and platforms as needed.
14. Community, Group, and Participation Guidelines
Some RN programs, memberships, events, or services may include access to a private community, Facebook group, live calls, chat area, forum, discussion board, or other participant space.
Participation in these spaces is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally. You may not:
- Harass, threaten, defame, bully, or intimidate others
- Share confidential information without permission
- Share patient or client information you are not authorized to disclose
- Post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful information
- Solicit members for unrelated products or services without permission
- Spam, self-promote, or advertise without permission
- Share RN materials outside the group or program
- Record, screenshot, distribute, or republish private group content without permission
- Disrupt calls, groups, discussions, or the learning environment
RN reserves the right to remove posts, comments, content, or participants; suspend or terminate community access; or remove a participant from a program, membership, group, call, or event for conduct RN determines to be inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Removal for violation of participation guidelines does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
15. Confidentiality
Certain programs, memberships, calls, communities, and events may involve sharing business, practice, clinical, personal, or sensitive information by RN or other participants.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared in private RN program spaces, including live calls, communities, groups, forums, coaching sessions, applications, discussions, and member-only resources.
You may not copy, record, distribute, publish, disclose, or use another participant’s confidential information without permission.
RN may use de-identified, anonymized, or generalized examples for educational, coaching, training, marketing, or improvement purposes, provided that personal identifying information is removed unless permission has been granted.
16. Professional Responsibility and Scope of Practice
RN provides education, resources, tools, frameworks, and support. RN does not provide individualized medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for determining whether and how to apply any RN content within your own legal, professional, licensing, certification, training, education, and scope-of-practice requirements.
You are solely responsible for complying with laws, regulations, ethical obligations, privacy rules, advertising standards, licensing requirements, patient/client communication rules, and professional standards applicable to your practice, business, clients, patients, jurisdiction, and profession.
You should consult qualified legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advisors as needed.
17. AI Tools and Technology-Assisted Resources
RN may provide access to AI-assisted tools, prompts, templates, chat features, summaries, search tools, clinical thinking support, or other technology-assisted resources.
These tools are provided for educational, brainstorming, organizational, and informational purposes only.
You should not submit confidential patient information, protected health information, private medical records, or information about another person unless you have the legal right and proper authorization to do so.
AI-generated or technology-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, or noncompliant. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and determining whether and how to use any output.
RN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, legality, compliance, usefulness, availability, or appropriateness of any AI-generated or technology-assisted output.
AI tools do not replace professional judgment, clinical training, legal compliance, patient-specific evaluation, or scope-of-practice responsibility.
18. No Guarantees
RN may provide clinical education, business education, marketing guidance, practice-growth strategies, tools, templates, scripts, protocols, systems, coaching, frameworks, examples, or other educational materials.
RN does not guarantee any specific business, financial, clinical, marketing, patient-acquisition, revenue, profit, retention, conversion, health, wellness, professional, or practice-growth result.
Testimonials, case studies, sample numbers, practitioner stories, clinical examples, business examples, or marketing examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors outside RN’s control, including your education, credentials, experience, effort, implementation, market, pricing, audience, location, scope of practice, legal limitations, business model, services, team, patient/client population, and other circumstances unique to you.
19. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All RN materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are provided for your individual, personal, educational, professional, or internal business use only.
You may not share, sell, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, upload, copy, publicly display, publish, teach from, train others using, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit RN materials without RN’s prior written consent.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Videos and recordings
- Slides and presentations
- Workbooks and worksheets
- Templates and scripts
- Clinical resources
- Product Vault materials
- Clinical Support Guides
- Protocols
- Business tools
- AI prompts
- Frameworks
- Membership content
- Community content
- Seminar materials
- Course materials
- Downloadable resources
Violation of RN’s intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
20. Updates, Changes, and Availability
RN reserves the right to update, modify, reorganize, improve, replace, remove, discontinue, or retire products, programs, memberships, resources, content, tools, platforms, calls, bonuses, or features at any time, unless otherwise stated in a specific written agreement.
RN will make reasonable efforts to deliver the core product, program, membership, event, or service described at the time of purchase, but does not guarantee that every feature, bonus, resource, call, platform, or delivery method will remain unchanged indefinitely.
21. Relationship to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
These Program Terms & Policies supplement and are incorporated into RN’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing, enrolling in, registering for, accessing, downloading, or participating in any RN product, program, membership, event, webinar, seminar, digital resource, tool, or service, you agree to:
- RN’s Terms of Use
- RN’s Privacy Policy
- These Program Terms & Policies
- Any specific offer terms presented at checkout
- Any signed agreement applicable to the product, program, membership, event, or service
In the event of a conflict between these Program Terms & Policies and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall control.
