15. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Certain RN products, programs, or memberships may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RN and/or its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout, unless and until you cancel.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a separate written agreement, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the cancellation method provided for the applicable product or membership, or by contacting us at info@rondanelson.com.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product, program, or membership terms, cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of amounts already paid. Access may continue through the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated for the applicable product or membership.

RN reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, access, or billing terms upon reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use of the subscription after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Promotions, Discounts, Credits, and Coupon Codes

From time to time, RN may offer promotional pricing, coupon codes, discounts, credits, bonuses, special offers, or limited-time incentives for certain products, programs, memberships, events, or services.

Unless expressly stated in writing by RN at the time of purchase, promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, credits, bonuses, and special pricing may not be combined, stacked, transferred, retroactively applied, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Only one promotional offer, discount, coupon code, or credit may be applied per purchase. If multiple discounts, credits, or promotional offers are available, RN reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which offer applies.

Promotional pricing is available only during the stated promotional period and only for the specific product, program, membership, event, or service identified in the offer.

Discounts and promotional offers are not valid on prior purchases, existing subscriptions, renewal payments, payment plans, deposits, taxes, shipping, or other fees unless expressly stated in writing.

RN reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse any promotional offer, discount, coupon code, credit, or bonus at any time, including in cases of suspected misuse, technical error, duplicate use, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or unintended application.

In the event of a pricing, checkout, coupon, discount, or promotional error, RN reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the order, revoke the improperly applied discount, or issue a refund for the affected purchase.

17. Order, Product Delivery, and Return Policies

For physical products, RN typically ships orders within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

For digital products, course materials, memberships, downloads, or other online resources, you will typically receive an email containing access instructions, login details, a download link, or other information needed to access the product or resource.

You agree not to share your access details with anyone who has not purchased or been authorized to access the product, membership, event, resource, or material.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product or offer-specific terms, physical products may be returned in good condition within 10 days of the order date. For physical product returns, you must return all items shipped to you, including any bonuses or included materials, and RN must receive the return before the 10-day period ends.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. RN reserves the right to deduct amounts for missing items, damaged items, used items, or other non-refundable costs to the extent permitted by law.

The 10-day return policy does not apply to digital products.
The 10-day return policy does not apply to physical products sold with a corresponding digital product unless otherwise stated.
International orders are shipped at your own risk, and no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged international shipments unless otherwise required by law.
Webinar, virtual seminar, live event, replay, digital product, course, and membership purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing in the applicable offer-specific terms.

18. AI Tools and Technology-Assisted Resources

RN may provide access to artificial intelligence tools, technology-assisted resources, prompts, templates, summaries, search tools, chat tools, or other automated or semi-automated features.
