Unless stated otherwise on the contest/giveaway page, contests and giveaways on RondaNelson.com are giveaways of items or services in which basic entry can be gained by simply filling out a form or leaving a comment with contact information. Prizes will be drawn at random either manually or by using Rafflecopter or PromoSimple.
Information provided as part of the contest or giveaway will never be added to a mailing list and are only shared to the extent necessary to facilitate fulfilling the prize. Options for additional entries may be offered which could include interacting with, liking, or following a page on Facebook, following a profile on Twitter or Instagram, or signing up for an email newsletter or list. These forms of entry are always optional and in addition to the simple base entry method.
The approximate value of the prize will be listed in the contest/giveaway post, entry page, e-mail, and/or Rafflecopter/PromoSimple widget, along with the time frame for the contest/giveaway and when the winner or winners will be determined. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.
All prizes are non-transferable and there will be no cash substitutes if there is a value attributed to the prize. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the originally planned prize become unavailable. The winner or his or her parent or legal guardian is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes with respect to the prize.
The prize will be mailed to the mailing address provided by the winner and in the case of sponsored giveaways, may be mailed by the company providing the prize. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery. Giveaways hosted on behalf of another company shall not be guaranteed. We do not accept responsibility for prizes improperly mailed by the company either directly to the winner or to us for fulfillment. We may act solely as a host on behalf of the company for their giveaway. We are not responsible for damage during shipping or for prizes that are lost after they enter the shipping process.
By entering or accepting the prize in any contest or giveaway, the winner agrees to be bound by these official rules, terms, and conditions and to conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries are void where prohibited by any law.
Contests/giveaways are open to all readers unless prohibited by their local state/country. Our contest and giveaways are open to US residents only, ages 18 and above, unless stated otherwise.
In the event that the prize winner does not meet eligibility requirements or forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. Winners will be notified by email and given one week to respond. Failure to respond within the time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner may be randomly drawn.
