As a clinician, AND a business owner, there are always sooooo many details to manage. Between patient appointments, keeping up on chart notes, managing a team, responding to questions and emails, and keeping the bills paid, it's just a lot!

And for most of us, content creation falls to the bottom of the priority list because we have no idea how to get started.

Even though we may not like it, posting content on social media is an important part of what we do. It comes with the territory. Patients are looking for people, groups, and communities that share their same values and beliefs when it comes to the subject of health and wellness.

If you aren't providing content that pique's their interest and 'speaks their language,' they'll move on and find someone else to listen to. Pretty sure that's NOT what we want!
