What's your response time?


When someone contacts your office, whether by phone, email, text, or through your website, what kind of system do you have in place to make sure you get back to them promptly?

Reducing friction and helping them get answers quickly and efficiently is so important. If you aren't staying on top of your patient communication, it can have a significant impact on your reputation... and your growth.

So there it is, my friend! Your response time should be no more than 1 hour (unless it's after hours or on the weekend). But you need to get back to your patients ASAP.

If you have an office assistant (or virtual assistant), make sure they are keeping an eye on all the inboxes and getting back to everyone in a timely manner!

And if you don't already have a system in place, make it your key goal for this week.
